Teaching Calendar

'Dissection Course on ‘Anatomy of the Upper Limb'

A two day course consisting of:

1. Film presentation of dissection
2. Multiple dissection sessions on fresh cadaver specimens,
prosected, and demonstrated, by Hand Surgeons.
3. Surface anatomy demonstration on live model.

The course was founded and organised at CircleWindsor Hand Clinic, Windsor, biannually between 1997 and 2007, when it moved, in identical format and faculty, to Guy’s Hospital Anatomy Dept (King’s College). Now annually. Course Accredited by
the BSSH and BAHT. CME points 13.

FELLOWSHIPS in Hand Surgery
Fellows are accepted to join the practice both in Windsor and in Bath. In Windsor/London. the Fellow shares time between Mr Sammut and Mr David Evans, following both practices. This Fellowship is generally open to senior trainees, preferably in the final stages of training in Hand Surgery or in preparation for FRCS (Plast), FRCS (Orth), or the BSSH Diploma in Hand Surgery.
Interested individuals should contact the secretary to Mr Sammut (traceylee@uk-consultants.co.uk) or Mr Evans (lparcell@hand-clinic.co.uk) for information on requirements and vacancy. 

INFORMAL TUTORIALS are conducted on a regular basis for senior trainess, preparing for FRCS (Plast), FRCS (Orth) and the BSSH Diploma in Hand Surgery. These are not listed.
